He has more than 25+ years of experience in public accounting and in law, providing tax services to consolidated groups, S-Corps and partnerships for both public and private entities. In his role as a partner at Briggs & Veselka, Jason provides tax planning and compliance work to middle market clients, and also serves as tax leader for the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services group, where he helps company owners with transaction structuring to minimize the impact of taxes post-sale.Prior to joining Briggs & Veselka, Jason worked extensively in the Transaction Advisory Services practice of a Big 4 accounting firm for seven years.
