Jason Schwartz, Managing Partner & COO, oversees financial modeling, capital structuring, investor relations, and brokerage for Syndicated Equities. Jason joined the firm in 2010 and since then, has been actively involved in the acquisition of more than $200 million of commercial assets throughout the country, including retail, office, industrial, medical, student housing, co-living, multifamily, hotels, parking, and self-storage. Jason also works closely with Syndicated Equities’ asset management team to monitor each investment’s performance throughout its hold period.
