I started my career as a Management Trainee in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I received 8 promotions prior to taking on my current role as a Group Rental Manager in 12 years with the company. As a Group Rental Manager, I currently oversee 4 Area Managers and 19 locations (Local and Airport) in Southern and Western Arizona and am responsible for every aspect of those businesses. My position requires I focus on increasing market share, profits, growth, customer service and most importantly employee development.
