I am a global security leader with 30 years of results-oriented expertise leading, devising, applying, and executing novel, creative, and impactful strategies from concept to completion while ensuring compliance with mission priorities and endgames. Over a career in intelligence, law enforcement, and international operations, I have confronted countless criminal permutations based on geography, structure, and geopolitics, and have always demonstrated a zeal to learn new investigative disciplines, languages, and technologies in response to the dynamics of evolving criminal problem-sets. As a result of my experience, I have established standards of excellence in multilateral, multicultural, multi-disciplined professional environments, formulating and implementing holistic solutions to endemic challenges running the gamut of local to global. Professional experience and efforts have equated to conducting, leading, and overseeing long-term and complex investigations, indictments, arrests, and extraditions of leadership-level cartel figures from multiple international locations; countless asset seizures in the tens of millions across multiple international jurisdictions; identification, disruption, and dismantlement of entire criminal networks; host-nation formulation of new laws in response to investigative findings; development of sanctions packages against sovereign nations; and inclusion of new US federal budget line-items for global drug trafficking phenomenon uncovered as a result of investigative work. I have always sought professional engagements to spur technical and transformative growth, such as gaining blockchain and cryptocurrency knowledge and proficiency; learning four non-native languages, i.e. Italian, Spanish, French, and Turkish; and deploying to hostile areas when investigative mandate so required.The purpose of my public service has been to serve those who may not be able to protect themselves from criminal exploitation.
