With over 14 years of executive leadership experience, I am passionate about delivering results that make a positive impact. As an Executive Advisor at Redo Voting, I work with a team of visionary Veteran entrepreneurs and experienced executive leaders to bring to market and scale the world\'s first unhackable voting system. My role involves business development, relationship building, and fundraising in the Florida region, leveraging my expertise in non-profit management and capital expansion. Previously, as the Chief Program/Operating Officer at K9s For Warriors, I led the organization\'s growth into the country\'s largest service dog provider for Veterans. I established essential procedures and proprietary software that have now become industry standards, and oversaw significant research projects related to service dogs and their impact on PTSD treatment and veteran suicide reduction. I also collaborated with Purdue University on groundbreaking research that received national recognition and funding. My leadership style is based on the principles of servant leadership, which I learned through a certificate program from the Robert K. Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership. I believe in empowering, supporting, and enabling others to achieve their goals and fulfill their potential.
