As the Director - Geoscience at Baker Hughes, I lead a global team of 200+ professionals and manage a $100M+ revenue and cover all phases of the energy lifecycle. I am responsible for delivering high-quality products and services to our clients, through rigorous training, mentoring, client engagement, and operational execution.With over 20 years of experience in the energy, technology, and digital sector, I have developed strong skills in operations management, technology and asset evaluations, managing a financial P&L, data science/analytics, and product management. I have also been involved in assessing and creating business cases for energy transition technologies, such as CCUS, geothermal, and underground gas storage, through both internal and external development. Additionally, I have been a key stakeholder in a multi-million dollar partnership to develop and modernize operational software, and a member of the integration team for technical services and technologies. My mission is to leverage my expertise and leadership to drive innovation, growth, and value for Baker Hughes and its customers.
