I worked in Mortgage Servicing for 15 years. 1 year at Factual Data preparing credit reports for mortgage applications. The next 12 1/2 years were spent specifically working in the Collections and Default area at Aurora Bank. As the Manager I was responsible for department policy and procedure, performance management, dialer usage, reporting, delinquency goals, agent KPI\'s, rating agency responses, credit reporting, & property preservation. During my time as Collections Manager I was able to earn an AVP title, and I was eventually given autonomy to manage my own site location. For my last 1 1/2 years with Aurora I held the officer title of Vice President and led the Contact Center Operations team with responsibility surrounding the administration of the Aspect suite of products (UIP 6.6, ALM 3.0, eWFM 7.3, Recording Manager, and the IVR). In addition to these responsibilities, my team also supported Aurora\'s proprietary ACH application, Innova board displays, call center communications (procedural and technical), web site requirements and updates, business process analytics, updating call center policy and procedure, all Aspect system reports, all agent reporting, and we completed responses for all rating agency & investor inquiries. From July 1, 2012, I worked as the Vice President of Account Resolution at Nationstar Mortgage. In June of 2014, I went back to school, and in March of 2016, I earned my BS in Business.I then worked as the Vice President of LPO for the Southwest Business Corporation (SWBC), and oversaw the Scottsbluff location. During my time there, I improved their onboarding process, and tracking of loans that required force placed policies. In 2018, SWBC chose to close the Scottsbluff location due to client loss.Specialties: Managing processes, people, and running projects.
