A BIT ABOUT ME. I am an experienced Marketing Leader with a diverse background in Marketing, Business Development, e-Commerce, Innovative Packaging, Brand Management, Supply Chain, and Market Research. I offer experience leading teams in multiple locations, with primary responsibility driving profitable business growth. MY LEADERSHIP STYLE. I am a proven leader who has led large CPG brands, large B2B companies, and smaller companies in marketing, sales, business development, and digital capacities for over 20 years. My team enjoys my passion for work and my unwavering focus on achieving \'our\' objectives. I enjoy living life fully and since we spend a lot of time at work, I understand the importance of having fun while thriving in the workplace! MY KEY CONTRIBUTIONS. In one of my most recent roles, I led the Sales and Marketing teams, with a focus on developing sustainable packaging solutions. In addition, my responsibilities included developing the best portfolio of products and solutions within the categories where we compete.in collaboration with Operations. Another role enabled me to work with the most recognizable CPG companies (e.g. Unilever, Colgate-Palmolive, SC Johnson, etc.) focused on driving their online sales and brand equity through a combination of packaging enhancements and operational capabilities. While I have spent considerable time with CPG companies, I have experience with both B2B businesses and emerging brands/companies as they enter numerous categories in the online space.
