During the pre-Yard EPC project phase, I am responsible for the coordination and management of the EPC Topsides Subcontractor, Yard and various 3rd party rotating equipment specialists, relating to the overhaul and reinstatement of a previously mothballed FPSO LP/MP Gas Compression package. This includes; sign-off on design deliverables and construction workpacks, procurement of replacement instrumentation, fabrication of replacement pipework and valves, crate and shipment of stored Compressor / Motor components, Pumps & Heat Exchangers to the FPSO integration yard.During the Yard integration phase I will be site based to oversee the overhaul, installation and pre commissioning of the LP/MP compression package, as well as the demolishment of 2 x existing HP compression skids, which are to be replaced with new and the installation and commissioning of a new integrated PLC system.
