Over the past 8 years at Langley, I have led the company\'s transition to a modern cloud-based infrastructure, deploying Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 to streamline operations and enable scalable growth. Working with a skilled IT team, we focused on continuous improvement and efficiency.My responsibilities involve the strategic development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions tailored for Sales, Customer Insight - Journey, Project Service Automation, Business Central, and F&O. This includes collaborating with selected Microsoft partners and internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyse business processes, and deliver solutions that align with evolving business needs.The role also covers the implementation of the Microsoft 365 suite as part of the digital transformation, utilising tools such as SharePoint, Exchange, Defender, Intune, Purview, and, more recently, Copilot and Copilot Studio, to provide a secure set of business resources at an enterprise level.By prioritising project delivery and IT service management, our team improved analytics and end-user support, strengthening Langley\'s position in the construction industry.Utilising Power BI, I enabled data-driven decision-making through customised analytics solutions for performance metrics, forecasting, and budgeting, helping Langley become more agile and responsive.
