Prior to joining Dowling Hales, in 2016 I raised capital and led a management buyout of Early, Cassidy & Schilling (EC & S), an insurance agency in the metro D.C. area. I became CEO of EC & S and sold the company in 2020, with guidance from Dowling Hales.Prior to this, I managed operations either locally or regionally for Lockton, Willis and HRH. I began my career in public accounting with KPMG Peat Marwick and Ernst & Young.
