   Lead KPMG\'s Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice for the Mid-America business unit covering Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and Michigan. KPMG\'s GMS practice provides a variety of tax and advisory services helping both multi-national and domestic companies in the areas of global mobility, compensation and benefits and employment tax. GMS provides globally coordinated expat tax, payroll and program administration services to multi-national companies with large, well-established mobility programs and also works with companies who are sending out their first expat including providing advice at the corporate level around local country entry, registration and on-going operating requirements. KPMG\'s GMS practice includes our Global Incentive Compensation Services, Compensation & Benefits and Employment Tax groups helping companies in the areas of global equity tax compliance, compensation & benefits plan design and related consulting as well as various employment and payroll tax compliance and advisory services.
