Worked on the quality and production team assisting with validation of the automated machines that produce, label, and package syringes and IV bags. • Worked in ISO-5 and ISO-7 Labs doing direct, primary, and secondary compounding of Succinylcholine, Vancomycin, Norepinephrine, Phenylephrine, Fentanyl, and Ketamine syringes and IV Bags. • Help with managing the installation of new automated equipment that produced, labeled, and packaged vials containing GLP-1 making sure that once everything was installed it would run correctly, efficiently, follow Good Manufacturing Practices, and quality standards. • Created an AutoCAD drawing of the layout of the facility, used SolidWorks to create new designs to be implemented in the lab to improve production, and used Microsoft Excel to create trackers for Environmental Monitoring Data, Key Performance Indicators, Annual Product Review, and Quality Events like Incidents, Deviations, CAPA\'s, and MOCA\'s.• Authored and verified quarterly reports for Environmental Monitoring Data, Key Performance Indicators, and Quality Events.
