I have the pleasure of taking new incoming employees with no previous experience and mold them into young ambitious, industry professionals. At Circle, we expose, train and instill skills in our employees to have a clear understanding of our company\'s business, and not just the department they work in. New employees with previous industry experience get pushed through an accelerated training course tailored their skill set, to help implement and integrate them into Circle\'s systems, people, and processes. Continuing Training - This training is specifically for those reps already in their role. Content is relative to new company processes, new/or seasonal market trends, and opportunities for improvement identified through employee reviews and feedback. With new technologies and industry opportunities constantly changing we aim to provide our workforce with all the tools and knowledge to best serve our clients.
