About Jason Rader

I am the national industry leader of the Financial Services group at FORVIS. In this role, I chair the firm\'s financial services committee, which provides leadership and direction for our $200 million plus financial services practice. I provide accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services for clients primarily in the banking industry. As the primary client service contact, I oversee financial statement audits. In addition, I act as the concurring partner on a number of large financial institution clients around the firm. I also assist clients with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other regulatory filings, including implementation of and compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. With more than 30 years of experience, I also handle day-to-day inquiries regarding accounting and strategic issues. Additionally, I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.
