Mr. Setty is a Registered Architect with over 16 continuous years of experience. He has been involved with a wide variety of award-winning project types including large scale urban redevelopments, historic rehabilitations, commercial buildings, entertainment / gaming, multifamily and single family residential. He has provided his design services to clients and owners ranging from individual homeowners to large real estate developers and planners throughout the United States. Work experiences in New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, Baltimore, Philadelphia and Cleveland have all contributed to his success.As Senior Project Architect for CUPKOVIC architects, Mr. Setty is responsible for overseeing all the facets associated with the design process, from conceptual design through project completion including schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction administration. Collaboration is paramount, whether it be within the studio environment of CUPKOVIC architects or with our trusted Structural and MEP consultants. Designing and managing complex multilayered projects across the country has allowed him to develop a unique approach of seamlessly transitioning from the design to technical phase and realize successful projects for the entire team involved.From his role as a graduate design studio teacher at Kent State University to his ongoing passion for historic rehabilitation on his own residence, Mr. Setty has continued to learn and enhance his practice of architecture. He seeks a design approach that balances aesthetic and contextual appropriateness with a keen eye on staying within budget, on schedule and providing a project that is always experiential for the end user. His goal is not singular to just the current project, he is always looking to the future and to continue building well established relationships with his clients and team members.
