Proven technical skills combined with knowledge of military & Intelligence Community (IC) acquisition systems. Held Staff, Contracting Officer and Program Manager positions at Pentagon, Headquarters Air Force, Air Force Space & Missile Systems Center (SMC) & the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). Completed two tours performing contingency contracting, host nation advisory & assistance missions in Kuwait & Afghanistan.
