I have success as a Production Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, and Electrical Engineer. I have a proven track record for success, both hands on and through delegation.My diverse background has allowed me to fully understand all aspects of industry, including Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, EH & S, and Finance, allowing me to effectively see the big picture while still having an eye for the details. Projects include paper mill expansions, developing products from concept to proto-type, process improvements, and equipment upgrades.My technical skills include excellent PLC/DCS programming skills, deep knowledge of VFD and servo drives, strong electrical troubleshooting skills, in-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, robotics experience, knowledge of instrumentation, vast experience with processes such as steam, chemicals, gas, air, and raw materials.I also have a deep understanding of safety systems such as LOTO, Confined Space Entry, arc flash, and life safety (Fire system, Fire Extinguishers). Other skills I have developed include a deep understanding of cGMP, Food Safety, FDA and DEA regulations, and Lean Manufacturing (Kaizan events, Time Studies, Value Stream Mapping, 6S).
