Currently Leading Assessment Team and Direct Fleet Support of Pacific Fleet ships operating in the Pacific Ocean, Indian Ocean, Persian Gulf and multiple locations. I am responsible for managing and coordinating major Fleet Assessment Programs by providing support to SURFMEPP, NAVSEA, CNSP, CNSF, ships and SWRMC Engineering Division for a variety of Hull, Mechanical & Electrical (HM & E), Combat Systems and Electronics (C5I) technical and administrative fields.I manage the CMP execution for 76 surface combat ships throughout their complete Fleet Response Plan (FRP) cycle to include total ship readiness assessment (TSRA), CMAV and CNO availabilities. I manage government engineers, technicians, military personnel, and contractors in support of assessment visits performing functional checkout, testing and inspection of entire (C4I) Combat Systems equipment and advanced engineering support services as well as ships (BMDRA) ballistic missile defense readiness. Prioritizing work, resolving conflicts, establishing assessment event schedules, recommending accomplishment of shipboard assessments during period of performance while reviewing time and labor submissions for contractor personnel to support final approval by Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and briefing the CO of ships and the Immediate Superior in Command (ISIC) at various times during performance of shipboard assessment events. Strong background in researching, planning, organizing, directing and managing organizational resources in order to meet the goals and objectives of the program sponsor and command operating procedures. Evaluating and validating all work being referred for capability, capacity, validity, accuracy, timelines and cost within F.A.S.T database, Validation, Screening and Brokering and T.A.A.S working in accordance of the (JFMM). Overseeing all installation, repair, and testing of systems and equipment.
