Over 30 years in the construction industry, started my working life as Bricklayer, leading to over a decade with in the residential sector at site / project management level, with a further six years at Contract / Operational Management level. Over a decade at Director level taking overall delivery responsibility from Pre-Construction activities through to the end of DLP (focusing on Safety / QA / programme & finance) Currently working on large scale BTR / PBSA contracts in the southern counties, Cardiff, Bristol, Bath & London with upwards in value of circa 370M.
