As the Founder and President of Navigate Benefit Solutions, I’ve dedicated my career to helping organizations across Canada design and manage group benefit and retirement plans that truly support their people while driving long-term business success. With almost three decades of experience in employee benefits and retirement solutions, I understand the unique challenges that business owners, executives, and HR professionals face in balancing cost, coverage, and care. My approach is simple: combine deep industry knowledge with personalized strategies that attract and retain top talent, all while ensuring sustainability and financial responsibility. At Navigate, we partner with clients to build tailored solutions that address today’s needs while preparing for tomorrow’s opportunities. Whether it’s optimizing group benefit structures, enhancing retirement programs, or providing executive-level coverage, my goal is to make navigating this complex world straightforward, strategic, and stress-free. I previously competed in the Rugby Canada Super League - an experience that shaped my approach to teamwork, preparation, and leadership, and continues to influence how I work with clients and teams today.
