Working in the Chief Engineer\'s Office as the lead on all things fibre related. Product testing and evaluation, introducing new products and methods into our network builds, producing installation guides and network build specifications, leading the deployment of new solutions, training the direct labour workforce and contract partners, supporting with engineering difficulties, ensuring field staff are equipped with the correct equipment for their roles, exploring new technologies to improve the way we build and maintain our network in terms of quality, speed, cost and simplicity.
