As AI & Data Solutions Lead, I’m responsible for building out VC3’s AI, automation, and data capabilities, driving efficiency, compliance, and innovation across our Managed IT and cybersecurity services.Key Focus Areas:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute VC3’s AI, automation, and data strategy; establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, compliance (CMMC, CJIS, HIPAA), and data security.Internal Enablement: Lead deployment of internal AI assistants and automation tools to improve efficiency across NOC, SOC, service desk, and business operations.Client-Facing Solutions: Design and deliver AI-powered offerings, including Microsoft Copilot integrations and advanced LLM-based assistants tailored for municipal and CMMC-regulated clients.Data Management & Insights: Oversee data architecture, reporting standards, and Power BI dashboards that enable transparency, data-driven decisions, and measurable business outcomes.Innovation & Ecosystem Development: Build partnerships with AI/ML vendors and municipal organizations while championing AI adoption across the public sector.At VC3, our mission is to make IT personal, easy, and right, and now, to make it AI-enabled.
