   I was hired to provide critical data-driven support to the Marketing team by improving performance through insightful and actionable analyses, development of an ongoing reporting framework and improving the quality of existing data. In this role I have led improvements in our quarterly reporting package which has drastically increased the value of the information being provided to the Board of Directors. Additionally I have increased transparency into KPIs through the creation of real-time dashboards delivering essential information to leadership in each key area of Marketing. I have improved data quality through identification and correction of issues, communication of guidelines, and prevention of future data challenges. My accomplishments around data hygiene enabled the marketing team to target the right audience more efficiently and accurately, leading to an increase in YoY responses. My expertise and passion around data and analytics has helped a smart data-driven marketing team to become even smarter.
