During the FY2023, helped DTI identify and prioritize customers’ requirements while also conducting research and analyses on design decisions for enhancing PrepToolkit’s discussion-based exercise feature which includes a “module-builder” to help customers build, store, and document table-top exercise modules.While working with SLTT on two exercises (Full-Scale and Functional), developed and executed a communication plan related to exercise planning milestones via status reports and presentations suitable for all levels of management staff. These include presentations such as SLTT weekly meeting to inform the progress of the exercises assigned and/or the exercise planning meetings where there is a review of logistical issues, risks, mitigation factors for risks identified, and exercise milestones to various levels of management. Assists in the development and maintenance of national policy and guidance; supporting national preparedness based on the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP and the National Exercise Program (NEP).Assisted SLTT branch with three state and local emergency preparedness exercises helping manage and coordination activities ensuring exercise is consistent with HSEEP and added technical supported for the exercises ensuring all exercise data is entered into Preparedness Toolkit properly.Working collaboratively with diverse cross-functional teams involving all levels of management and employees while maintaining a customer service focus; built and managed a training program centered around building exercises within PrepToolkit. Trained over 300 SLTT and federal partners on items such as building your MSEL and creating your EEGs within PrepToolkit.
