ABOUT JASON P. HASSELQUIST

As an Agronomist & Certified Crop Adviser, I am expected to live up to a high standard of character, filled with honesty & integrity. This should be exemplified, on a daily basis, through my words & actions in any of the situations that may arise. I am willing to always go above & beyond a customer\'s expectations, to meet & fulfill their needs. I will be able to accomplish this through teamwork, on all levels in the organization. I will work with all fellow team members, to find the best solution to the given situation. This will be done, keeping in mind, our personal safety & the safety of everyone else involved. I am willing work together with producers to find feasible solutions, to any current & potential problems, in a timely manner. I will utilize all of the state of the art tools at my team\'s disposal, and deliver the needed answers/assistance to the customer in a clear, concise, understandable manner. I will answer all of the customer\'s questions, to the best of my ability, and maintain an open line of communication. I will always maintain a fair amount of transparency with the producer, regarding their situation. I will also respect the confidentiality of all of the parties involved, maintaining high professional standards.
