I have been in the Aerospace & Defense industry for over 25 years. I started my career integrating complex systems and payloads then progressed on to spacecraft bus, mission analysis, and other technical assignments into increasing project management responsibilities. Currently, I am the Avionics Senior Manager for Spacecraft Electronics and Systems at Lockheed Martin Space Systems. In this role, I have the responsibility for maintaining technical excellence of Spacecraft Electronics across all programs and for fostering the development of the 100+ employees in my department.
