About Jason N.

As Chief Administrative and Sustainability Officer, I drive IBP’s ESG strategy, which includes improving our business practices to reduce environmental impacts, supporting the hundreds of communities in which our employees live, and ensuring alignment with our organizational and ethical governance goals. With extensive experience in finance and investor relations at publicly traded companies - including IBP - it was natural to move into this ESG-oriented role. My time as SVP of Finance and Investor Relations made it clear that sustainability and social responsibility are of the utmost importance to investors and stakeholders. For any company to exceed financially and with respect to how employees regard the company, ESG must be a priority. In my 20+ years of experience working at fast-growing B2Bs, I’ve worked with cross-functional teams to support international business relationships, strategic business and team development, project management, financial operations, and oversight. Leading projects that result in strategic and efficient progress toward company goals has been a common thread throughout my career.
