I am passionate about delivering excellence, innovation, and efficiency in engineering.I bring extensive experience as a senior manager, combining deep technical expertise with strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. I have a proven track record in equipment support, auditing, technical training, maintenance management, and operational planning across diverse and challenging environments. My strengths lie in leading teams, developing junior technicians ensuring operational readiness, and delivering high standards of technical excellence under pressure.Adaptable, dependable, and highly professional, I now look to my resettlement and using my skills and experience to assist making the transition from soldier to civilian. I\'m currently working toward my CAA B1.3 and B1.1 Aircraft Maintenance Licences to further advance within civilian aviation and broaden my scope of certification.
