With 30 years of experience in the Finance and Technology departments of Insurance Companies and more recently in Willis Towers Watson a global advisory, broking and solutions company. I have gained a wealth of experience and exposure to managing a wide range of business and technology-based projects and departments. From developing software, business process re-engineering, e-Commerce, solution architecture through to project and Programme delivery I have had an exciting and fulfilling career. My role within our Insurance Consulting & Technology(ICT) business function is as a Programme Manager focusing on a number of SaaS products and services. As a member of the strategic leadership team I play a facilitating role between the Product Management and Engineering teams across ICT. I support the multi-disciplinary iterative product planning process to development priorities and an achievable product roadmap. I also support the effective collaboration across our Product Families, ensuring that we meet shared challenges effectively, and that we drive the business forward in a coherent strategic manner.
