As founding Principle/Owner of White Wolf Properties, Jason Morganstern brings 15 years of experience in the retail real estate industry. He is responsible for the development and execution of White Wolf’s strategic plan. Jason is involved in all aspects of White Wolf’s activities, including but not limited to: deal origination and underwriting, asset management, lease negotiations, construction and development, creating and executing strategic operating plans for each asset, and over-seeing the day to day operations of each portfolio and/or managing entity. Previously, Jason worked at The Shopping Center Group’s Atlanta office as a Senior Leasing Adviser where he rose to prominence as one of the organization’s top producers. During his time, he managed a leasing team of 5 members and 50+ properties. In 2013, Jason founded The Shopping Center Group’s Boca Raton office where he directed the business development, and ran the leasing and management portfolio and the day to day operation of the office. In 2019, he founded White Wolf Properties in Seattle Washington. White Wolf Properties is a privately-owned real estate investment and development company focusing on value-add real estate opportunities within the greater Puget Sound Region. By utilizing our market and site expertise with strong industry relationships, we create successful investments for White Wolf and our Partners. We focus our 15 years of retail real estate experience on our Partners and Assets. We do no 3rd party management, leasing, or acquisitions. All our attention is on our joint ventures. Utilizing our skills in leasing, management, site selection, acquisition, development, redevelopment, and asset management we create value. Our pack is our partners and we believe focusing all our efforts on them is the key to a successful venture.
