Documented existing processes and associated technical controls, as well as designed new technical controls for affected technologies. Engaged in Business Continuity/DR designs, Lifecycle & Capacity Management and Patching to address firm-wide vulnerability management. · End to end lead for KPMG’s Delivery Model Transformation for Technology Architecture Delivery Services, responsible for hiring 400+ personnel, Director and below, in 2 geographies outside the US · Engaged in all aspects of the transformation effort, from facilities and legal entity creation, IT infrastructure & design, recruiting, training content creation and delivery, transition planning and establishing operational KPIs · Designed and deployed both preventative and detective controls to mitigate exposure to CCI, NIST and other regulated data outside the US · Engaged in the architecture for the first cloud native application at KPMG, leveraging Amazon Lambda and RDS
