At B10 Energy, I lead business development efforts focused on sourcing transferable tax credits under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). My role centers on identifying clean energy developers, manufacturers, and other credit-generating entities that qualify for federal tax incentives such as the ITC, 45X, and 45Q.I work directly with CFOs, tax professionals, and project sponsors to structure compliant, efficient transactions—helping them unlock liquidity while supporting the broader clean energy transition. By building strategic relationships and staying ahead of IRS guidance and market trends, I ensure our partners receive the maximum value from their tax credits with full transparency and legal oversight.
