My specialty is building professional rapport with landowners, partners, clients, and executive leadership as a trusted land acquisition advisor to upstream oil, gas, and energy operating companies.With a background in Business Administration and Finance, I have leveraged my 10+ years of land management experience building skillsets in contract negotiation and business management to excel as as a negotiator and cross-functional team leader During my time with CHK and Viking Minerals, I have had the opportunity to advise C-suite level executives for some of the largest acquisitions in the Eagle Ford. Securing $200M+ in acquisitions in OK & TX, negotiating land purchase contracts, and reviewing with outside law firms and in-house counsel. Acquiring over $70M in minerals throughout Anadarko, performing title checks, reviewing run sheets, and evaluating lease records and deeds before, during, and after sale processes.
