As the Master Production Scheduler for the Madison site, I am responsible for developing and maintaining the site\'s Master Production Plan. I work closely with Business Development and site leadership to align firm and forecasted demand over a 24-month horizon, ensuring timely product availability to meet customer requirements while achieving aggressive inventory targets.I played a key role in establishing the site\'s monthly S & OP processes. I develop and maintain the visual capacity data—graphs and charts—used by the Supply Chain team during Supply Review and S & OP meetings. As business needs evolve, I respond quickly to leadership requests for new data and insights.I consistently collaborate, cross-functionally, with Engineering to define ETO material requirements for FIP production runs, and repeat runs for batches requiring more than one-hundred materials. I developed and implemented a dynamic material planning dashboard that integrated work order status and key target dates, enabling visibility into program risks. This tool has significantly improved site-level awareness, allowed proactive mitigation of supply shortages, and reduced excess inventory.
