I am an accomplished insurance professional with almost 16 years in the industry. I\'m experienced in group benefits, property & casualty, and commercial insurance and have worked as a customer service representative, sales agent, quality analyst, underwriting assistant, and client consultant. My current position with Patra gives me the opportunity to work directly with many different clients as well as our staff in India. I truly enjoy that I\'m able to use my experience to help provide process improvements and to share my knowledge as a subject matter expert. I am experienced in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Windows SharePoint and SharePoint designer. While I am skilled in multi tasking and problem solving, I also have a talent for thinking outside of the box and am always willing to take on challenging assignments and projects. I take pride in my ability to stay upbeat at all times and will always search for a positive outcome in any situation. I am a fast learner with a keen attention to detail and am always looking for ways to better myself.
