About Jason Miller

I\'m a passionate and dedicated leader who finds satisfaction in a job well done, and from cultivating strong and healthy cultures, in which professionals thrive and are appreciated for who they are, not just for what they do. I place a high value on things such as servant leadership, integrity, professionalism, speaking and writing well, and work ethic. I have 19 years of experience in the aerospace industry with focus in culture management, professional development, program management, operations, business development, leadership, logistics, quality control, and customer service. I earned my M.A. in Leadership at Fuller Seminary, my B.S. in Organizational Management at Colorado Christian University, and my PMP through PMI. Whether at work or at play, I do not shy away from adversity; I run toward the fire. I have competed in many challenges, to include: a marathon, triathlon, Tough Mudder, World\'s Toughest Mudder, Spartan Race, 14ers, etc. This innate passion to confront and overcome challenges permeates into every aspect of my career.
