   Managed capital automation improvements within the depot including a 5.1 million dollar AutoStore(ASRS) and in conjunction a new 1 million dollar sort cell to handle increased volume. This project was such a success that it was expanded to another facility in the North American Depot Network. Managed a 2 million dollar box on demand automatic packaging solution machine at our packaging facility. This project improved our productivity greatly along with right sizing packaging to optimize slotting for North American Depot Network Facilities. Moved a facility from a large foot print to a condensed foot print in order to better utilize resources. This involved developing the new facility layout(ASRS, Conveyor, Racking, Material Flow, Ect), Install, Product Movement, Training. Launched automated floor cleaning solutions throughout the North American Depot Network Facilities. Continuous improvement/capex projects from cradle to grave to increase productivity on the floor through increased efficiency and lowered downtime. These include material handling, conveyance, reporting, WMS improvements/changes, monitoring, ect. Applying lean principles to better the business. 5s, VSM, root cause analysis, kaizen, ect.
