I’m passionate about making a meaningful impact with the candidates I work with and watch their careers grow. I see myself as more than just a recruiter—I’m a trusted partner and resource throughout the entire process.After earning my bachelor\'s degree from Ohio University, I started my career at Fifth Third Bank. In 2007, I transitioned to recruiting with Robert Half, where I became a multi-million-dollar award recipient and moved into management roles. In 2020, I joined Korn Ferry and then eventually over to Relate Search before finding my home at The Trak Group.When I’m not working, you can find me cheering on my two boys at their sports games or rooting for the Cincinnati Bengals. My family and I love spending summer weekends at Lake Cumberland and making memories together.
