This is achieved through taking full ownership and responsibility for the various functions including- 24×7 Service Desk- Nationwide network of Forward Service Locations (FSLs), delivering services up to 2Hr24x7- Dedicated couriers for all deliveries and collections- Secure returns and repair facility operated by Security Cleared (SC Level) engineers- Access to complementary services, such as onsite spares, for duration of contract.
