Migrated our windows-based Game Development Kit to GitHub as per organizational strategy to reduce dependence on SVN. Delivered refactors of the Lobby experience with an eye towards a separation of business logic from presentation. Oversaw the design and development of a new front-end Lobby experience and a game-driven API such that studios may create their own game choosing experiences for players. Improved quality through a redesign of CI/CD processes by increasing test cycles and edge-case testing through increased speed of delivery. Oversaw the development of our windows-based platform conversion to a Linux based environment and open source technologies saving $80 per machine. At 22k machines yearly, this is an organizational savings of over $1.5M annually.
