Started my career as a Staff Geologist before moving to the homebuilding industry. I have worked for a National Homebuilder as well as an HOA Management Company rounding out my skill set. Skilled in Due Diligence, Entitlements, Dry Utility Coordination, Budgets, Schedules, Land Development and training/staff development. Experienced in single family residential and build for rent. I received the Guiding Excellence in Management Award from Arizona Association of Community Managers in 2012. I graduated the Arizona Builder Alliance Leadership Development Forum in 2024.
