Serves as a Portfolio Manager at DCMA Headquarters’ National Capital Region (NCR) office. Responsible for interfacing with various organizations within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment (OUSD(A&S))(formerly known as AT & L) and the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ASA(ALT)) regarding the US Army\'s portfolio of Ground Combat Systems and Tactical Missile and Rocket programs. Manages corporate and customer outreach programs and associated corporate and customer relationships in accordance with the Agency’s Customer Engagement policies and procedures. Provides matrix support for the Army Service Portfolio Team in the execution of their service-specific customer outreach duties. Serves as support point of contact with supported DCMA HQs and Operational Units for the Army\'s program portfolio. Customer Engagement Administrator to plan, budget, coordinate, and manage overall corporate and customer engagement program execution to meet agency performance objectives. Responsible for capturing lessons learned and shares information across the Agency and Working Group(s) to drive process improvements.
