HLA Laboratory -Manufacturing of Mammography, Vascular, and RAD detectors for the medical imaging market and adaptations to those detectors for use in the industrial imaging market-Performing diverse and complex assignments in support of GEHC product development and manufacturing-Fabrication and assembly of fixtures and equipment-Bonding of scan and readout modules to amorphous silicon flat panel boards-Understanding and following of OMS’s (Operation Method Sheets), SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures), Bills of Materials, Work Instructions, Process Aid Sheets and other procedures-Inspection of in-process and completed product, as well as, quality control inspection-Using a team environment including leads, engineers, and management to improve quality and efficiency-Utilizing Six Sigma tools to lead and improve established processes and metrics-Providing technical assistance by phone or in person to customer, field service personnel, or suppliers as needed-Laboratory/Process Area /Clean Room environment
