About Jason Mart
We Built This Business. RenoSys is a company that I am most proud to be associated with. It all began in a bedroom converted into an office nearly 25 years ago and has grown to around 100 employees dedicated to solving commercial pool operators problems. We grew from those humble beginnings to nearly sq feet of plastic and stainless steel manufacturing capability, office and warehouses from which we support our many builders, dealers and commercial pool clients. Part of each year I pursue my childhood dream of exploring the world with my wife Shelley aboard our sail catamaran. During these periods I take a hiatus from day to day management responsibilities of RenoSys and leave the reins in the capable hands of my partners. My professional life has been built upon an entrepreneurial experiential foundation. The walls were mortared together with what I have learned along the way. Prescott College, Outward bound and the entire concept of experiential ongoing living and learning were the catalysts for the professional life I live today. Capitalism.Its Whats Paying For Dinner! RenoSys is a midsize company (100-150 employees) that specializes in the construction and renovation of commercial aquatic facilities. Our team of incredibly dedicated professionals and our proprietary product designs have made the company the success it is today. PoolEquip is an internet company that provides commercial equipment to the public pool market. Meta-Fab manufactures stainless steel products for a variety of industries including aquatics. Specialties: Water. Currently Going John Galt. Business development, commercial aquatic industry, public swimming pool design, manufacturing, and construction. Pool Renovation.
