Maintain the Showroom’s inventory, budget, and product displays; prepare for company events, meetings, and lunch & learn sessions.•Effectively communicate with clients and outside vendors while representing the Global brand.•Collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams in projects and company events.•Strong interpersonal/communication skills with dealers, vendors, distribution centers, designers, and colleagues using positive and professional email etiquette and phone skills.•Ability to coordinate and meet multiple projects/tasks with deadlines.•Strong attention to detail with a technical mindset, accuracy of project completion, and application of product knowledge.•Provide the following technical information to support dealers and sales representatives: Generate 2-D and 3-D drawings for furniture projects of various sizes; bill of materials, SIF, and XML files.•Maintain extensive product knowledge and stay up to date with all product changes to accurately specify projects.
