I’m an executive leader with 25+ years in the outdoor and sporting goods industry and currently serve as SVP at Shimano, where I have enterprise-wide responsibility across all functions of the business. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with brands like Shimano, YETI, Easton, Augusta Sportswear, and Russell Athletic, helping teams grow, adapt, and perform in increasingly complex markets.I lead with a strong belief that results start with people. My focus is on building aligned, accountable teams, setting clear direction, and creating the kind of culture where people know what’s expected and feel supported in doing their best work.
