Significant contributions:• Turnaround and Growth: As CFO achieved over $10M in cost and revenue initiatives and developed pro forma business case support for expansion of trauma bays, upgrade of cardiac cath lab, women’s center renovation and birthing center totaling $20M in capital and a $31M, five-year operating margin.• Revenue: Attained over $10M in cumulative EBITDA growth through revenue and cost saving strategies and pro forma development of secondary campus emergency room, behavioral health programmatic growth, ECT, imaging center, and orthopedic/neurosurgical initiatives.• Labor Initiatives: Drove employee engagement across the board and implemented labor productivity committees — achieving 102% of goal while improving Employee Engagement/Trust scores nine percentage points.
