I’m a transformational leader with more than 20 years of experience driving operational performance, business growth, and strategic development across the renewable energy sector. My passion lies in scaling organizations, empowering teams, and creating measurable impact where technology, finance, and sustainability meet.Throughout my career, I’ve led large‑scale wind operations and service organizations for GE Renewable Energy, built a startup that grew from $250K to $16M in under two years, and negotiated hundreds of millions of dollars in national service agreements. Whether executing M&A integrations, leading P&L strategy, or building high‑performance teams, my focus has always been on delivering results that last.Today, I serve as Vice President of Business Development at Pearce Services, where I lead strategic growth initiatives for a $125 million division supporting renewable energy clients across North America. I’ve had the opportunity to guide six corporate acquisitions, improve warranty and service performance, and strengthen cross‑functional collaboration that directly enhances client outcomes.I thrive in environments that demand vision, innovation, and disciplined execution.
