Cybersecurity Director and Program Manager overseeing the full enterprise security framework, including Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM), Vulnerability Management (VM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), SOC and Incident Response operations, audits, and the complete project lifecycle (scope, planning, strategy, design, budgeting, and delivery oversight). Support two financial‑sector clients through contract award, transition, and operational phases, ensuring stable and effective cyber operations.Demonstrate leadership through influence, driving initiatives beyond direct reporting lines, including monthly Voice of CIO deliverables. Collaborate with direct and extended teams to identify operational patterns, strengthen organizational habits, and help clients leverage the LTIM cybersecurity operating model to enhance BAU and support functions.Bridge strategic planning with operational execution by managing large teams, driving P&L performance, and leading complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives. Responsibilities include developing long‑term security strategies, overseeing departmental performance, managing budgets and funding requirements, and cultivating key external partnerships. Identifying and mitigating operational or regulatory risks and finding gaps in complex cloud, on-prem and legacy environments.With my counterpart Debjit, we manage and translate corporate goals into actionable plans while manging large teams with a global support team in multiple countries.
